Pulse Surveys

To check the pulse of employees - quick feedback on how they view themselves, management, and the organization overall - Pulse Surveys give users a simple three-question survey. 

A small, simple portlet in Comenius Saba Cloud provides a familiar means for employees to express using emoticons how they feel about the company, management, and themselves at any given time. 

Over time, these regular measurements of employee feedback and sentiment create a clear and evolving picture of organizational health and engagement - at the employee, management, and organization level. And if you need to dig a little deeper, you can create your own, more in-depth surveys and distribute to a targeted audience. And like the pulse survey, results are compiled in real time for easy tracking and review.

Comenius Saba Net Performance Score is a single-question, performance-based assessment that extends Comenius current Impressions functionality. Modeled after the proven and popular NPS® methodology, colleagues can provide instant feedback on one another, giving you real-time insight into employee performance from the people who have observed it.

Users rate their peers on a 10-point scale and give quick notes, both positive and constructive. Constructive comments are for the manager’s eyes only—but praise and badges are public, creating a culture of appreciation, recognition, and fun. Feedback can be given at any time, by anyone.

Heat maps can then be used to quickly dig deeper into this dashboard data by team, department, region, and more.
