Saba - Learning Management (LMS)

As support for making the processes and work flow of our customers more effective with regards to Learning Management, we offer Saba LMS with its accessory services. Previously, a LMS-system was an administrative system where e-learning was initiated and followed up. Today a competent LMS should be a tool for coupling an organization´s business goal to a supply of necessary competence.

We state that LMS is the business system of knowledge! It should manage competence profiles, learning plans with couplings to achievements, activity and business goals, i.e. Performance Management. Integration occurs as a rule between LMS and the company´s HR and business or activities systems. Saba´s product series includes Saba Learning, Saba Performance and Saba Talent.
